新加坡政府最近宣布，由今年9月開始，正式放寬電影嘅方言限制！呢個消息一出，真係令好多香港影迷都興奮不已。

咩意思呢？簡單嚟講，以前香港嘅粵語片去新加坡上映，通常都要強制配上國語配音。但係由9月開始，只要戲院提供國語配音版本，原汁原味嘅全粵語版港產片就可以名正言順、冇限制咁喺當地戲院上映啦！

以前我哋想喺南洋睇《寒戰》或者《破．地獄》，可能都要習慣聽「配音版」。但係今次政策鬆綁之後，新加坡嘅觀眾終於可以原汁原味，聽返我哋地道嘅粵語對白，感受最純正嘅「港味」！

今次解禁，唔單止係對香港電影嘅一大肯定，仲證明咗粵語文化嘅魅力係跨越地域嘅。9月之後，大家如果去新加坡旅行，記得入戲院支持返套國語配音版嘅港產片喇！

In a landmark cultural shift, the Singaporean government has announced that it will be relaxing restrictions on dialect content in films, effective from this September.

Historically, Singapore’s “Speak Mandarin Campaign” led to a policy where Hong Kong films were often required to be dubbed into Mandarin for local release. However, the new regulations will allow Cantonese-language films—provided they also offer a Mandarin-dubbed version—to be screened in cinemas across Singapore without limitations.

This move marks a significant moment for the film industries of both regions. It acknowledges the enduring artistic and cultural value of the Cantonese language and caters to the strong nostalgic sentiments of the Chinese diaspora in Southeast Asia.
